This course asks the question, “Who am I?”, and investigates the sense of self.  It includes teachings on basic goodness, the development of ego, and confidence. Participants will learn Buddhist teachings on how our sense of self arises moment by moment to provide a reference point.  Meditation practice is used as a way to contact and express the mind of basic goodness. Please note this is a 5-week course, the final gathering is a full day.
